H Childress and Sons strives to forage the best possible produce and deliver it directly to consumers. We work very closely with the area's best farmers, striving to perfect the timing between the harvest and the delivery.
Kirk Childress, owner and president, worked as a professional chef in the Saratoga Springs area for seven years. After sourcing this phenomenal food from these small farms, he decided to devote his time to providing chefs and households with the right food at the right time.

After a brief stint studying forestry and beekeeping, Sean offers great experience and hard work to our growing staff. Jon is the driving force behind the website and most design work related to H Childress and Sons. He is currently attending Skidmore College in Saratoga. Jonathan is a leader in the local food movement in the Saratoga community and has joined our team to help advance our service to the most markets possible. Kyle "Big Mo" Kommer - Home Delivery Loaded with gas money and a GPS system, Mo makes the home deliveries happen. Conor Byrt With us from the beginning, Conor has experience in the kitchen cooking for Sargos restaurant and provides valuable produce knowledge to the team. Andrew Plotsky Andrew is as passionate about local food as anyone and has joined our team to help make the day to day operations really go. |
